Founding Leadenhall Consulting allowed us to think deeply about the values which underpin our business and the way we engage with our clients. Our clients are at the heart of our organisation and these values apply to our every interaction with every client in every business. They are also at the heart of the Leadenhall Consulting Team; they are in our DNA. We also think they underpin the quality of our work and could be called ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Consultants’…. they certainly work for us and more importantly we believe they work for our clients.
Authentic – We are who we are. We are not in the business of telling you what you want to hear. We also accept you for who you are.
Courageous – We are not afraid to speak our minds. We pride ourselves on doing the right thing and not just what is in our commercial interest.
Determined – We do not give up. We work hard and we will not be deflected from doing our best. We finish what we start. This is not just another job for us, it is our business purpose and we take it very seriously.
Innovative – We are not inventors or ‘wacky creatives’, but we do take conventional ideas and bring a fresh perspective to them as we adopt an innovative approach to solving problems and designing our services. We like to have fun and we are most definitely not boring! Let’s face it; life’s too short not to enjoy your work.
Pragmatic – We have been there, done it and got the t-shirt (probably several times and those t-shirts are still in our wardrobes – several sizes too small). Yes, we have ideas, yes, we value intellectual rigour, but most of all we want to deliver practical solutions that work for our clients.
Reliable – We do what we say we are going to do, when we say we will do it.
Trustworthy – We know that we need to earn the trust of our clients. We are open and transparent, putting client needs first, because Leadenhall’s success is aligned with the success of our clients.
