Pat joined Leadenhall Consulting as an Associate in 2013, following a rich career that saw her hold Senior Executive roles in finance and risk management in several global organisations (Diageo, Ernst & Young and Deloitte) and in the UK public sector with the Department for Work and Pensions.
Pat also has specific expertise in talent management, internal audit, compliance, governance and change management.
Drawing from her own experience, Pat’s coaching strengths are her ability to provide a seamless integration of consulting, advisory and coaching services for senior executives by acting as a sounding board on strategic and operational issues. Pat also assists senior executives attain a higher quality of decision making through incorporating risk analysis while considering personal values along with organisational and cultural impacts.
Having successfully managed several career transitions herself, she has the practical experience to support executives during their own career transitions and she also supports senior women in their career management and development.
In 2011, Pat was awarded a Masters in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School. Pat has a BA in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
