Liz is an experienced coach with 10+ years’ experience of coaching executives in complex organisations. As Global Head of Talent Development at Fidelity International and throughout her extensive career, Liz has not only set the direction for talent management and leadership development, but has considerable experience in implementation and delivery of these initiatives as a trusted coach to the senior leadership.
She has held senior leadership roles herself, including HR Director of Fidelity’s Asia Pacific region and HR Director for Japan, where she gained extensive business partnering expertise. Having lived in Tokyo and Hong Kong and travelled widely on business she brings an international and cross cultural perspective.
Liz is passionate about coaching and has considerable coaching experience. She coaches individuals and teams around improving performance and often when in transition and in complex situations. Given her own experience as a senior woman in the investment industry, Liz is also well equipped to support women on their leadership journey.
Liz works with the client to develop increased effectiveness in terms of transformational thinking, approaches and performance. She focuses first and foremost on business results through goal setting, holding the client accountable for their actions; building self-awareness, self-belief and confidence in the executive. Her coaching approach is future focused and action oriented, removing barriers to effectiveness and increasing insight and desire to try new ways to achieve success.
